As SAP CRM consultant you should have relevant project experience of minimum 10 year in SAP CRM, and at least 4 entire CRM project lifecycle. Project experience in a Utilities environment is a plus.
Technical and functional knowledge in the following SAP CRM domains are absolutely necessary:

  • Account and contact management
  • Installed base management
  • CRM Service Processing
  • Complaint Processing
  • Contract management
  • Integrated Scenarios
  • Service analytics

Other requirements:

  • SAP CRM customizing skills
  • Basic SAP-PI knowledge is highly recommended
  • Good technical documentation skills
  • Belgian resident
  • Good communication skills
  • Not a pure IT approach but also profound knowledge of CRM business processes
  • Able to lead and pilot the project from IT side

Languages:

  • Bilingual (Dutch/French) and English for documentation
