We are currently looking for a Project Leader to steer a FACILITIES group project called SCADA from A to Z.
This network SCADA will host :
- Facilities software (CMMS Computerized Maintenance Management System, BMS Building Management System, …).
- Security software (Access Rights management, Fire Safety System, …).
Within the Finance Division (Facilities Department), you are the Project Leader for the whole range of phases of the project SCADA (Detailed Requirements, Request For Proposal, Implementation management).
1/ Detailed Requirements:
Provide a document describing all the needs, constraints, inventory of the existing configurations of every Euroclear sites, Audit, Risk and Security recommendations.
2/ RFP:
- Write RFP documents.
- Receive and manage the selection process of the proposals from insource (Division Corporate Technology) or outsource (external providers).
- Organise et facilitate meetings (proposal presentation, selection committee, …).
3/ Implementation of the Network SCADA:
- Implement a “pilote” network in the Krakow and Brussels-DC3 sites.
- Then link these 2 sites.
- Deploy the network in and between other sites according to a plan to define.
You are responsible for the end to end delivery of the project, including :
- Writing of comprehensive project memos and reporting, allowing the management to take relevant decisions.
- SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) vis-à-vis all internal or external stakeholders.
- Delivery of the project scope on time, on budget, and with the expected quality
- Monitoring of the expected benefits approved in the requirements
To be successful, you :
- Manage all internal stakeholders (Facilities, Security, Corporate Technology, Risk, Audit) or external (consultants, providers).
- Maintain project plan and forecasts, including resource requirements, costs, risks and their mitigations and dependencies with other projects.
- Monitor budget spent.
- Lead the risk, issue and change control processes and track action items.
- Control and monitor the progress of the project, reporting to the Steering Committee.
- Manage the project according to the internal standards (methodology & tools).
- Your Profile:
- You have 2-5 years in a project management role or have an equivalent experience in the core activities of the function (i.e. plan, control and monitor a project execution)
- Experience in managing software and/or hardware implementation within IT network is a strong asset
Interpersonal skills :
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt the leadership style according to the situation and to the different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (listening, writing and presenting) at all levels, from staff members to senior management level
- Learn quickly in a complex environment and to synthesize the situation
- Strong negotiation skills, conflict management and influencing skills at different levels of management
- Manage changes and conflicting priorities
- Speak/write English fluently as corporate language, French/Dutch is a plus.
- knowledge in SCADA technology, BMS software (Building Management System), CMMS software (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is an asset, ideal knowledge of SIEMENS Building Automation products (Desigo, SiPort,

Location:
- Brussels on a day to day basis
