What are you going to do?
No day is the same in this versatile job as UX designer! You will combine your HTML content skills for building redesigns with your statistical and commercial insight in the execution of AB-testing. With your experience, combined with both established and new ideas in the field of user experience, you will bring the online experience of the external customers to the highest possible level. On top of that, you also will be improving the internal customer experience by working on the new CMS in co-operation with your colleagues in the Marketing, IT and Supply departments.  A challenging and varied job in which collaboration, creativity and expertise comes together.
As a UX Designer you work independently within multi- disciplinary teams such as marketing, product management and IT Development. You will translate the company’s needs into solid and creative solutions in order to create a progressive and user- friendly interaction. You create interactive prototype to translate your ideas and explain your concepts to the internal stakeholders as well as you will guide the developers in the realization of the eventual design.

What will you focus on?

  • Create and implement targeted concepts based on interactive interfaces of new media and distribution channels corresponding with our labels segmentation;
  • Translate our user requirements into a interaction design;
  • Translate the wishes of our product owner team into concrete and functional specifications and screen designs;
  • Responsible for designing and testing activities / usability;
  • Responsible for the implementation and operation of different (user side) solutions in corporation with the development team;
  • The design of ‘click flows’ screens, page layouts and templates;
  • The setting up, executing and analyzing of our production A/B tests, multi- variation tests and qualitative user research;
  • Analyzing the results and measurements of new projects and implementation;
  • You will be the linking ping and point of contact for all UX- and Visual Design activities.

 
What do you need?
You are performance driven, motivated and willing to ‘walk the extra mile’ in order to achieve your goals. You are capable to communicate well with other departments and able to work with deadlines. Furthermore we ask:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree in Multimedia Design or Interaction Design;
  • 3+ Years of experience within UX Design, preferably within a design agency;
  • Knowledge of user behavior and experience in setting up and conducting user surveys;
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and multi-variation testing;
  • Experience with wire framing and responsive/ mobile design;
  • Solid knowledge of user interface designs and architecture principles, web- based processes, trends, software development, web technologies and prototyping;
  • Absolute passion for user experience and broad interest in the online marketing field;
  • Able to act independently on translating the business needs into solid design solutions. You will be building bridges between creative and technical disciplines;
  • You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript;
  • Above all you are creative and willing to work in dynamic and multi- disciplinary teams.
