The GFRS platform is a consolidation and reporting environment in which worldwide financial data is gathered, normalised and consolidated to generate Financial reporting. The GFRS application is highly configurable and consists of the following stages; ODS (1:1 copy of source system), Business Model (normalised datamodel per product), Reporting Model (contains derived data by using determinations), Head Office Model (consolidated model), Datamarts (for reporting purposes)
The GFRS teams (Support, DataFoundation & Reporting) are responsible for functional application management and user support within the different components of the GFRS platform.

Your work environment
All activities required to deliver the Finance and Risk Data into the GFRS (GenRep) domain are picked up by the Data Foundation teams. For GFRS this would mean all activities required to get the Data in GenRep, including cover allocations and enrichments but excluding Determinations. And excluding the GPC domain this means that all the data flowing from BEST and/or PAR into GFRS ODS model are in scope of the DF GPC team.
To clarify for the GFRS domain: this would entail source file definition and configurations towards the GFRS Business Model, Head Office and Reference data maintenance, configuration between Business and Reporting Model, platform changes on GFRS (software).
