Your Role:
 

  • Seamless integration of new products, functionalities and activities within Key & International Account (KIA) Services (MIF, new onboarding tools & implementation,…)
    • In close collaboration with all Worldline stakeholders assist in the (re)design of the processes to deliver KIA Services that meets the KIA customer expectations
    • Implement and validate the process by firsthand follow up of pilot cases
    • Develop adequate reporting to manage this process
    • Facilitate the change for the KIA teams
      • Provide work instructions for KIA SERVICE DESK & ORDER ENTRY
      • Training & Support within KIA SERVICE DESK & ORDER ENTRY
  • Existing products, functionalities and activities
    • To enhance Worldline’s efficiency and the customer experience
      Within the department KIA Services:
      • Regularly audit and optimize the existing processes within KIA Services.
      • Design a process when there is a gap
    • Develop management reporting (define KPI’s and create management reports)
  • Business reports
    • Maintain the standard reporting of BASU
    • Create ad hoc reporting on request of internal and external customers
  • For a better workload/resource management: develop and maintain tools to estimate/forecast workload in the operation

 
 
Your profile :
 

  • Masters Degree
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • 3-5 years experience in project management or process improvement
  • Experience in coaching people
  • Strong customer orientation & ability to communicate with executive level
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quick understanding of the business needs
  • Relevant experience in process improvements leading to higher customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication skills & ability to negotiate
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Pro-active
  • Excellent MS Excel skills
  • Experience with Webfocus or similar is a plus,
  • Experience with business process modeling tools (Vizio or Bizagi) is a plus
