Job Description:
- Understand the project goals, and based on a high level briefing, help slicing High Level Features into Features that will enter the backlog
- Organise Workshops with Stakeholders to understand the feature requirements
- Provide a high level description of the feature to project stakeholders
- Collect and review inputs from User Interface/Copywriting/Content Management/Webintelligence that support the development of the feature
- Describe Feature details, document Business Rules and Acceptance Criteria
- Describe User Journeys per type of customer
- Brief the Testing team and review User Acceptance Testing scenarios
- Brief Functional Analysts and review Functional analysis
- Help the Product Owner with User Story Slicing and Writing
- Support the roll-out to customers, developing the communication of channel-specific projects: providing internal communication to the network of branches and other interested parties and helping to determine external communication with the Retail and Marketing segment.
Job requirements:
- Diplomatic with strong negotiation skills
- Solution oriented: meeting the requirements and expectations of all parties in a constructive manner (in terms of timeframes, budget, quality, etc.)
- Proactive, with a developed sense of assertiveness and organisation
- Able to work independently, but also in close partnership with various project parties
- A university degree, or equivalent by experience
- Four or more years’ experience with requirements management in a software delivery environment
- Knowledge on information risk management, possibly proven by a CISM certificate
- Fluency in at least one of the national languages and English, and a good understanding of the other National language
- Sound knowledge of / strong interest in e-Fraud and cybercrime prevention
