Responsibilities:
- Pro-active Collections & follow-up of unpaid overdue invoices
- Credit controlling of Key & international merchants at headquarter level
- Analysis and Calculations of Credit notes
- Handling merchant escalations and complaints
- Weekly reporting to senior executive management
- Improving internal processes
- Managing relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
Profile:
- Master’s Degree
- Relevant experience as a controller & collector (international experience preferred)
- Languages: Excellent in NL – FR – ENG (writing & speaking)
- Strong customer orientation & ability to communicate at executive level
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills & ability to negotiate
- Strong writing & reporting skills
- Pro-active
- Positive attitude
- Hands-on mentality
- Ability to prioritize and being well organised
- Diplomatic
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Oracle, SAP
