• As a Remedyforce medior/senior consultant (3/5-year experience), you will analyse and design and configure new and improved IT Service Management projects on the existing Remedyforce environment.
  • You will closely work together with the Salesforce team and act as a SPOC for the external party that works in a Managed services agreement and is in charge of the actual system updates and deployments.
  • It will be your roll to ask the IT customers business questions to define & detail their needs and make the technical translation for the execution teams.
  • For this reason, customer needs to rely on both your functional and technical skills as a Remedyforce consultant

 
PROFILE & PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor /  Master in IT or equivalent through experience
  • You have an ITIL certification level fundamentals, preferably V3
  • You can translate technical solutions to business people
  • You are a team player and do not mind to get your hands dirty to help the team
  • You are interested in both technical aspects (implementation) and functional aspects (processes).
  • You are able to produce user  documentation. 
  • You are able to work in an “Agile Project Management” context with several people having different types of knowledge (even non-IT knowledge)
  • Good English is mandatory, Dutch speaking is a plus

As a medior:
You have previous experiences with other ITSM tools like BMC Remedy or HP ServiceManager or ServiceNow for more than 6 months

  • You are able to conduct requirement analysis workshops
  • You have a track record in designing processes
  • You have the knowledge and critical skills necessary to administer BMC Remedyforce Summer 2016.  Hence you are familiar with Administration, Workspaces, Incidents, Knowledge Management, Tasks, Broadcasts, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Self Service, CMDB, Service Level Management, and Reporting and Dashboards
  • You have worked on a Remedyforce implementation for more than 6 months
