Our customer is looking for an Inside Sales Professional with fluent French and English.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You develop relationships and revenue growth for a specific group of customers by listening closely to our customers, identify their underlying needs and subsequently offering appropriate solutions
  • You propose products, price quotes towards our customers and are responsible for the order input for your client portfolio and the follow up on these orders
  • You achieve sales & margin targets that are set
  • You maintain the highest possible availability on the phone as well as highest possible service level towards our customers
  • You call out on the customer databases to detect potential and develop sales
  • You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the CRM tool related to your customer portfolio
  • You intelligently identify growth potential using our CRM database and market analysis
  • You report to sales management potential important market information and escalate customer issues accordingly.
Profile:
  • +2 years of experience in a proactive (inside) sales role
  • Excellent telephone & communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, result driven and a high energy level
  • Able to identify potential based on CRM data, market analysis and client conversations
  • Good planning & organizational skills
  • Fluent in French, business level English.  Good level of Dutch is an advantage.
