Description:
 
You will engage with customers by phone and via email to engage in a sales review. You will develop and manage a portfolio of partners and/or customers over the phone and will provide methodology and information to the customer to perform a license/software check and propose remote assistance. Your responsibilities will include attainment against technology adoption.
You will be responsible for the management of the full cycle of those engagements, from the first conversation with the customer, to the closing of the remote sales review.
 
 
Objectives

  • Growing the Business through the assigned partners/customers
    • Meet or exceed revenue, Microsoft Solution adoption, and satisfaction targets with assigned partners/customers.
    • Conducting well-structured, proactively planned calls with partners/customers.
    • Motivating and helping partners/customers to close their business.
  • Analytics
    • Using data collection to produce detailed reporting into:
      • Consumption of Microsoft technologies
      • Trends and Patterns in partners/customers
      • Recommendations on areas for future development
  • Contributing to broader partners/customers outreach:
    • Motivating partners/customers to attend Partner events, Technology events and subscribe to online partner newsletters and information
  • Helping partners/customers transition their business around Microsoft’s solutions.
  • Giving an overview of product line and key features/benefits, especially for the key priority solution related products (Cloud business, Azure, softwares, etc.)

 
 
Skills:
 

  • You have experience in cold calling or as Telesales
  • Experience as Account Manager is a plus
  • You are interested by the IT sector
  • You have an eye for numbers
  • Technical knowledge is an asset
  • You are motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus
