Mission:
You will be responsible for the planning and the implementation of projects, mainly for large customers. You manage and supervise projects (*), like e.g. the roll-out of new hardware (new installations / swaps / upgrade of existing payment terminals) and/or new software.
You put signed sales contracts with merchant headquarters (IT- and facility managers, CFO…) or Telco’s into practice: you propose, discuss and agree on a planning, you start a pilot and you prepare the instructions for internal administration teams in accordance with the agreements of the contract and the agreed prices. You will discuss and follow up the progress of internal (and where needed) external teams (Field Services, installation-team, Software-teleload-team, migration-team, forecast-team …).
On top you will be responsible for the planning and the launch of new acquiring services and value added services on existing and new payment terminals.
In general you deal with a complex and not always predictable variety of situations. You will need to report on the deployment progress of your roll-outs.
(*) Depending the type project, you will plan and follow-up end-to-end or only during the start-up of the roll-out.

- Responsible for the concretization of signed frame work agreements with large customers into concrete validated plans

- Able to analyse and respond in-time to questions from customers on roll-out-related questions

- Knowledge MS Office: excellent knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Word, Powerpoint and Outlook is a must
- Knowledge of Access and VBA-basics is nice to have to ease reporting and to facilitate the follow-up
- Knowledge of Webfocus is a plus.
