Client is changing rapidly the way we offer training with great impact on the digital learning environment. To support these changes the client is looking for temporary support.
As an expert you can answer questions how to integrate content like e-learning and classroom offering. Know what learning functionality is proven effective and therefore knows the capabilities and limitations in the LMS, E-Learning, and other learning technology to ensure efficiency can be maximized. You are leading as delegated product owner the LMS team and will set priorities in every sprint.
You will be part of the Global Learning team in HR. You will operate in a highly international environment: All forms of communications will be in English, your customers are based in various parts of the world and different parts of the organisation. This requires a high level of cultural sensitivity and flexibility

Although you do not need to be highly technical, you must feel 100% comfortable with learning technology and learning data. Technology include LMS (Netdimensions), Workday, Authoring tools, Learning APP’s, Games, Video, MOOC’s and Learning portals.
In the learning technology space you should be able to “tell the story” in how new technology fit in the learning ecosystem.
Although you do not need to be highly technical, you must feel 100% comfortable with learning technology and learning data. Technology include LMS (Netdimensions), Workday, Authoring tools, Learning APP’s, Games, Video, MOOC’s and Learning portals.

You have a proven background in get learning technology up and running with the understanding you are working in a highly regulated environment. Working in a highly regulated environment you can show experience in creating data privacy agreements and Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
You should have experience in online training & VILT and be capable to provide as well advice as hands on support to different learning groups.

Skills required

Proficiency in training distribution by using an Learning Management System
