This is the role
As Manager Customer Services you are responsible for the Operational Management of the Customer Service department, based in Roermond, supporting the markets; The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland and the Middle East Region.
The Manager Customer Services is responsible for the daily management of the Customer Service department. The team of the Customer Service department, consists of 8 persons and you will ensure an effective working atmosphere and good cooperation between Customer Service employees. You will secure, update and train working procedures and working methods and the Customer Service Manager will be the key-user Rockbis: responsible for Masterdata, processes, documentation, training & testing of Rockbis related issues. The Manager Customer Services communicates with Group IT and international Key/Users. You will benchmark local working methods with group best practices.
As Manager Customer Services, you will act as a chairman in departmental meetings and coordinate combined Sales & Customer Services activities. You check and follow up on overall order-entry process, address and develop initiatives for improving customer satisfaction & process efficiency.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office
- Experience with SAP and special processes is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be fluent in Dutch and English, good knowledge of German and French is a pre
- Relevant experience in a managerial or leading position
- Commercial affinity
- Strong analytical skills
- High degree of independence and accuracy
