ManpowerGroupSolutions is hiring an internal employee to work for the Talent Based Outsourcing department in the recruitment field.
 
As a recruiter, you are in charge for the recruitment process and you have some people management tasks like handling benchers (ambassadors close follow-up, who need to be placed from one project to another). You attend the team meetings, work with all the program coordinators in charge for dedicated clients. According to the job descriptions, you have to find the appropriate candidate to create a match, you do screenings via recruitment tools and websites online and on the phone, you organize interviews and send the selected candidates to meet our clients. You are the key-person that is constantly in contact with the candidates.

Profile:
– Minimum two years of experience in recruitment, HR background is always a plus
– Fluent English, Dutch & French
– Interest and/or basic experience in people management
– Fast learner
– Love the challenge and respect deadlines
– Team player

We offer a a full-time contract of 40 hours, unspecified duration and an attracting salary package with extra-legal advantages.
The position is to start ASAP.
