Senior Performance Business Analyst
For one of our partners in the region of Wavre, we are currently looking for a Senior Performance Business Analyst. You’ll contribute to the definition of business concepts to allow completion of scheduling, taking into consideration resource (FTE) and cost forecasts (EPE).
Your responsibilities
- Lead and, or attend workshops to align the company when needed
- Contribute to definition of business requirements in order to configure Planisware or other tools (express business needs)
- Define and facilitate validation of contract of service with department
- Coordinate project within department
- Conduct project management : follow up of end to end project plan, prepare status meeting
- Coordinate data collection for scheduling within department, ensuring alignment for FTE and EPE
- Ensure libraries are created with required data (start date, end date, role, attributes, …)
- Ensure planners are trained in PLW
- Ensure 1 Key User is trained in PEX (reporting module of PLW)
- Coordinate and ensure that plans are created and adjusted on time within Planisware (project and departmental plans)
- Ensure proper mentoring to end-users and transfer of knowledge to business
Your profile
- Bachelor or Master in business management or finance
- 5-8 years of experience as Senior Business Performance Analyst
- Solid experience (client project work) for global clients and, or matrix environment
- Experience in RnD environment and bio or pharma industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of :
- Business processes : scope management and scheduling, resource management, budget and cost management
- Vx development : clinical, regulatory, technical development, medical, …
- Ability to :
- Interact and align with stakeholders (middle to senior management)
- Ability to structure complex challenges
- Ability to manage a project (End to end)
- Ability to speak and write English. French and Italian are a plus
