We are currently looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join an international team on a permanent basis near Utrecht area, The Netherlands. Our client is a International product development company specialized in Scrum based software products.
You will be responsible for work closely with UI Designers, Developers, Product managers to find solutions to complex Software Development challenges. You will design user experiences that make the technical and cultural transformation to DevOps simple and intuitive.
You need to have:
- at least 4 years of experience in UX
- design experience/UX for software products is a MUST
- understanding of common software development practises
- agile methodology
- ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps
- a deep understanding of their users through ongoing research and analysis of user behaviour patterns
- understanding how software gets made and the new technologies (scrum, design sprint)
